Job Description
Supporting platform-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.
Delivering comprehensive solutions across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape, bringing strategic insights and subject matter expertise throughout each project phase.
Leading as an SAP Functional Solution Architect, delivering end-to-end solutions for Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Collaborating closely with clients to scope, design, and deliver solutions, communicate business benefits, and develop actionable roadmaps.
Creating innovative solutions that integrate our service offerings to meet diverse client needs.
Supporting business development initiatives, working with sales teams to shape proposals, delivery plans, and SAP transformation strategies.
Managing integration projects across multiple ERP solutions, including SAP, and creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) as required.

Experience Requirements
7-15 years of ERP experience in Automotive Sales and Distribution, with a focus on SAP Sales & Distribution.
Proficiency in the SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution suite, including:
Order-to-Cash Processes
Business Partner Scenarios
Third-Party Integration
Intercompany Scenarios
Stock Transfer Orders (STO)
Variant Configuration
Integration with MM (Materials Management), FI (Financial Accounting), and other SAP modules.
Knowledge of SAP Hybris/CRM integration is a plus.
Involvement in 4-5 large-scale ERP transformations and delivery projects for global automotive clients.
Experience as a Solution/Functional Architect, handling multiple RFP engagements end-to-end.
Proven experience in client-facing roles across large projects, showcasing leadership and strategic engagement.
An MBA from a top-tier business school is preferred.
