Production Staff

Duties/Responsibilities:
Operates printing machine
Reviews client requests to understand scope and parameters of print jobs.
Determines quantities required for print jobs.
Matches colors for print job per job request.
Aligns and configures machinery.
Inspects random production samples to evaluate quality of printings.
Maintains inventory of supplies needed to operate printing machines.
Troubleshoots issues with printing machines and makes basic repairs.
Performs routine maintenance on printing machines.
Drafts and submits reports for daily production totals.
Maintains a clean area around printing machinery.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to operate or to quickly learn to operate various printing machines and related software.
Ability to follow instructions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Vocational/technical school training preferred; on-the-job training provided.
Previous related experience preferred.
Salary Range : 16,000.00
Work Schedule : 8am to 5pm
Work Location: Tandang Sora, Quezon City
3. Layout Artist
Brief Description
Create technical drawings based on design specifications.
Assist senior artists in developing and refining designs.
Ensure the accuracy of garment specifications and measurements.
Collaborate with the production team to address design issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in layout design is preferred.
Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw).
Know how to do logo tracing and color separation
