Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our high-performing team. The role will provide comprehensive financial insights to senior management, driving operational efficiency and supporting our continued growth.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be in-charge in all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role will be in-charge in streamlining of processes and in producing thorough and credible financial-status reports for top management in aid to decision making concerning improvement on operational efficiency and continuous growth of the company.
Responsibilities
Prepare regular financial updates to top management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
Implement and strengthen the accounting procedures, systems, and internal compliance, adhering to national and local legal standards
Forecasting costs and revenues to guide financial decisions and achieve budgeting goals
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and suggest corrective actions to maintain financial controls and guidelines
Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
Oversee and motivate the accounting team with dynamic leadership that promotes trust and productivity
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field
Professional certification, such as CPA (certified public accountant) or CMA (certified management accountant)
Five or more years of leadership experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
Knowledgeable in financial analysis and strategy
Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP accounting system
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
