Job Description

Duties:

As Process Improvement Sr Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of overall quality framework and strategies, and oversight of process improvement initiatives that will drive performance and continuous improvement in the company and clients’ business processes.

You are also expected to:

Implement the company Innovation Strategy throughout the organization
Provide support to Operations by completing CI projects through methodologies of DMAIC ( Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. It represents the five phases that make up the process: Define the problem, improvement activity, opportunity for improvement, the project goals, and and customer (internal and external) requirements. ), Lean, and or Design Thinking
Complete CI projects that will provide benefits for the company and stakeholders whether through soft or hard financial outcomes
Present and articulate Innovation projects to clients and work closely with our points of contact to successfully co-innovate
Contribute to the overall strategies of the company towards efficiencies and reduce wastes on our internal processes
Execute the company's Lean and Six Sigma mentorship and certification program

Qualifications:

Black Belt Six Sigma Certification is required
Have strong statistical, problem solving, and performance analysis skills.
Experience using Microsoft Office, statistical, or other analytical Software with and strong understanding and experience leveraging Monitoring and Assessment Systems is preferred.
Have experience quantifying objective performance through application of statistics and continuous - improvement methodology.
Have experience utilizing quality tools and systems to identify performance gaps, develop useful reports, and analyze results to determine corrective action and increase performance is preferred.
Can demonstrate leadership experience and proactively resolve issues and develop employees.
Salary:
₱75,000.00 Monthly
