Production Operator

Responsibilities
A.1 General Responsibilities
 Perform a variety of operational functions needed by production processes.
A.2 Specific Responsibilities
 Performs assignments in accordance with the work qualification, established safety policies and procedures.
 Adheres to the Quality Policy, including all items assigned in accordance with ISO policies, procedures and work instructions.
 Complies with the work rules and standards set forth in the Production.
 Displays appropriate work ethics in the workplace and group settings which provides a positive influence on workers.
 Refers to work instruction or procedures appropriate for each job, function or assignment before commencing work.
 Performs any specified quality assurance checks such as PM or sampling inspection, designated for each job, function or assignment.
 Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned work sites.
 Assures that all work assigned to position is performed in accordance with specifications, instruction and requirements.
 Demonstrates ability to meet production Key Performance Indices (KPI) on specific assignments within a reasonable time, depending on the degree of difficulty of their job functions.

 Ability to adopt with flexible schedule and be able to work night shifts and weekends
 Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most documents relating to job, function or assignment.
 Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
