Job Description
* Work closely with BPO operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and meet client expectations.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adjust timelines or resources as necessary
* Liaise with operational teams to ensure process improvements and streamline service delivery.
* Assist in contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
