Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. If you have a passion for technology and a proven track record in Java Enterprise Edition, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:
-Independently design, build, and configure software applications using Java Enterprise Edition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Contribute to team discussions, offering solutions to work-related challenges.
-Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance functionality and performance.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in development processes.

What We Need:
-Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Japanese Language Proficiency – At least conversational level.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with database management systems (Oracle or MySQL).
- Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- This position is based in Manila.
