Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to appointment setting. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilitie:

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target market and sales criteria.
- Outreach: Conduct high-level conversations with C-suite executives, managers, and key decision-makers to introduce the company’s products/services.
- Nurture Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with potential clients and maintain a consistent communication cadence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and align messaging.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Setting Appointments: Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team to further engage qualified leads.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and performance metrics to sales leadership.
