Job Description
• Prepare Income tax returns for all entities including individuals and Business using HandiTax, Xero & MYOB
• Prepare monthly / quarterly IAS/BAS,FBT & STP reporting
• Payroll and Bookkeeping using Xero & MYOB
• Prepare Excel Spread sheets when necessary
• Direct Liaising with ATO and via Agents Portal
• Prepare Financial Statements for all business entities
• Admin duties
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-3 years in tax preparations, accounting, bookkeeping and payroll experience
• Experience in Xero, HandiTax & MYOB
• Excellent communication skills
• Have strong organizational skills
• Have strong time management skills
• Be well presented
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Be prepared to go the extra mile for our clients and our team
• Ability to work independently and in team environment
Work Schedule:
• 6AM - 3PM PH Time; Work from Home
