Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Executive/Manager to manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, increasing brand presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs and market demands.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
* Proven track record in account management, sales, or a similar role within the FMCG sector.
* Experience managing relationships with retail chains, distributors, or key clients.
Skills:
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Ability to develop and implement account strategies that align with business objectives.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
