Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical systems and services.
-Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident management systems to detect and resolve issues quickly.
-Develop and improve automation tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks.
-Collaborate with development teams to design systems that are reliable, scalable, and easy to troubleshoot.
-Conduct root cause analysis of production incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Required Skills:
-Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
-Certification in cloud platforms or DevOps methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).
-Experience with CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
-Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
-Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.

Additional Notes:
This position will be working with software solutions for the banking industry.

Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
