Job Description

-Ensure exceptional client experience through consistent service quality and prompt resolution of issues

-Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns to drive business growth

-Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including therapists, aestheticians, and administrative teams

-Generate regular operational reports for management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and recommendations

Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

Salary:: 40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
