Responsibilities
Create menus: Design menus that meet the client's preferences and dietary needs
Prepare food: Cook meals at events, ensuring they are served at the right temperature and on time
Manage inventory: Ensure that ingredients are fresh and available
Train staff: Train and supervise catering staff to ensure they follow food safety guidelines
Coordinate with event planners: Work with event planners and managers to ensure all catering needs are met
Maintain a clean kitchen: Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized
Ensure food safety: Ensure that food is prepared and stored safely before and during events
