Recruitment Manager (BPO background required)

Our client, a mid-sized BPO company in Ortigas Pasig, is in need of a Recruitment Manager with the following qualifications

-Must have volume hiring experience in a BPO setting
-Not a job-hopper, must have stayed with his/her employer for a minimum of 2 years or so, before moving on to the next employer
-Knowledgeable if not proficient in data analytics, hiring metrics etc.
-Driven, strategic and with proven leadership capabilities
-Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig
