Vendor Management Lead
Location:
BGC, Taguig City
Work Set up:
Hybrid Set Up - 3X WFH
Salary Package:
70,000 - 80,000
Work Set up:
Day Shift and consider US shift for some days
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s relationships with staffing vendors. You will be involved in managing vendor performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall staffing needs of the organization. You will have strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Vendor Coordination
Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related inquiries and communications.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure they understand the company’s staffing requirements and expectations.
Schedule regular meetings with vendors to review performance, address issues, and discuss upcoming staffing needs.
Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with staffing vendors to ensure favorable terms.
Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, performance, and communications.
Evaluate and select staffing vendors based on company requirements and performance metrics.
2.) Seamless Staffing Process
Implement and oversee a streamlined process for vendor selection, onboarding, and management.
Ensure that staffing requests are communicated clearly and promptly to vendors.
Monitor the progress of staffing requests to ensure timely fulfillment and address any delays or issues.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the staffing process aligns with project timelines and business objectives.
Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and effective manner.
3.) Alignment with Organizational Needs
Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
Ensure that vendors are providing candidates who meet the company’s standards and requirements.
Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance to ensure they are meeting the company’s staffing needs effectively.
Provide feedback to vendors on candidate quality and fitness, and work with them to make necessary improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and staffing.
Provide regular reports on vendor performance and staffing metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
4.) Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze vendor performance metrics, such as fill rates, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
Prepare and present regular reports on vendor performance and staffing metrics for senior management.
Identify areas for improvement in the vendor management process and implement changes as needed.
5.) Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that all vendor agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations and address any breaches or issues.
Manage risks associated with vendor relationships, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
6.) Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and staffing.
Identify opportunities to enhance the vendor management process and implement best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the vendor management team.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven 8-10 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
