Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Education, or related field. Master’s degree or certifications in Training and Development are a plus.
Experience:
At least 5 years in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and executing programs that improve customer service and operational efficiency.
Skills:
oExpertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and process improvement.
oStrong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
oAnalytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI.

Certifications:
Training certifications (e.g., Train the Trainer, ATD). Process improvement certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Training Strategy and Development
oDesign and implement a company-wide training strategy focused on enhancing customer service, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
oDevelop training programs for new hires, upskilling existing employees, and leadership development.
oUtilize a mix of traditional and modern training methods, including in-person workshops, e-learning, simulations, and mentoring.
2.Program Execution
oCoordinate and deliver training sessions, ensuring content is engaging, practical, and aligned with company objectives.
oPartner with department heads to identify specific training needs and customize programs accordingly.
oCreate training schedules and ensure timely delivery across branches and departments.
3.Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
oMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and employee surveys.
oRefine training content and methods based on data analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
oStay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training initiatives.
4.Leadership and Collaboration
oManage and mentor a team of trainers or training coordinators.
oCollaborate with the HR team to integrate training with performance management and career development.
oWork closely with operational and customer service teams to address specific challenges and develop targeted training solutions.
5.Technology and Tools
oLeverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other tools to track training participation, completion rates, and outcomes.
