Sales Personnel

-Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a warm and friendly atmosphere.
-Assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed information on product features and benefits.
-Guide customers through the sales process, helping them find products that meet their needs.
-Process transactions efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
-Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are stocked and organized.
-Handle customer feedback, questions, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
-Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Store Assignment @ Rudy Project - SM City Cebu
-At least a High School Graduate.
-Must be willing to work in a mall environment.
-Must have complete government records (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR).
-At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Basic Cashiering, Sales, or Marketing.
-Advantage if you have previous experience in apparel, sportswear, or gear.
