A skilled Production Manager oversees the assembly and production of renewable energy machines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost optimization while meeting goals and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee production of renewable energy machines, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop schedules, manage resources, and handle procurement/inventory.
• Lead and mentor the production team, addressing issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in renewable energy.
• Strong leadership, process optimization, and supply chain management skills.
• Familiarity with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, hydro) is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience with assembly lines for imported components, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.

Salary: Qualified candidates may receive a negotiable, market-competitive salary higher than their current compensation.
