Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in renewable energy or
manufacturing.
Proven ability to lead production teams and optimize processes.
Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and quality control.
Familiarity with renewable energy systems (e.g., solar, wind, hydroelectric) is an
advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in production management software and tools.
Preferred
Experience managing assembly lines for imported components.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Background in scaling production operations in a startup environment.
SALARY RANGE: 70,000 - 100,000
