Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development
Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients' overall marketing objectives and brand identity.
Identify and prioritize platform opportunities, emerging trends, and technologies for innovative social campaigns.
Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for social media initiatives.
Campaign Planning and Execution
Oversee the creation and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube).
Ensure high-quality content production in collaboration with creative, content, and video teams.
Manage social media budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
Analytics and Optimization
Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Use analytics tools to generate insights and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to guide optimization efforts.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media specialists and content creators.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Provide ongoing training and insights into social media trends and best practices.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary social media expert for clients, presenting strategies, performance results, and insights.
Collaborate with account managers, creative directors, and other stakeholders to integrate social media into broader marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
Skills and Competencies
Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and content personalization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch strategies and campaigns to clients and stakeholders.
Analytical and Technical Proficiency
Proficient in analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
Experience in interpreting data to guide decision-making and optimization.
Strong understanding of paid media, organic growth strategies, and influencer collaborations.
Soft Skills
Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent project management skills.
Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
