Call Center (Sales Account) Work From Home

General Purpose

Contact businesses by telephone in order to promote and sell goods and services, and set up appointments for product demo.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Research and Obtain customer information including telephone numbers, names and addresses

Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services

Explain the product or service to potential customers

Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer

Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.

Handle customer questions

Setup demo between potential customers and sales account executives

Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements

Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction

Working hours are between 8 PM and 5 am Philippines Time

Education and Experience

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies

Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing

Comfortable with software products

Fluent in English and be able to talk to customers in USA
