Job Description
Receiving and verifying expense reports and invoices from vendors and suppliers Processing payments to vendors per company policies
Reconciling payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate
Solving payment or invoice discrepancies and documentation
Ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos
Answer vendor inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies
Perform month-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts payable
balances and preparing accrual
Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or comparable field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment

- ₱25,000.00 Monthly
