Job Description
- Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Working Experience: At-least 1 year of working experience (Non Nego)
- Skills/Competencies: Knowledgeable in Accounting Software's (Non Nego)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with vendors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Analytical skills for reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SAP not required but an advantage.
Job Description
- Ensure that all payables or request for payments are processed on time within established turnaround time (TAT)
- Works involve receiving, checking, verifying and recording to SAP System, which is the company’s current accounting software.
- Preparation of Payment Disbursement Vouchers (PDV’s) and for submission to Treasury for check preparation or on-line payments
- Salary:
- ₱20,000.00 Monthly
