Job Description

Job Expectations:
- Position Type: Mid - Individual Contributor

- Base Salary: Php40,000 - Php 55,000

Be part of our client team as a QA Tester, ensuring our client solutions are top-notch. You'll dive into system requirements, crafting test scenarios to cover all bases, identifying issues, and contributing to their resolution. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll tackle both manual and automated testing, playing a key role in shaping our client test strategy for the future.
- Ensuring the overall quality of our solutions prior to the official release.
- Understand and analyze system requirements and develop functional test scenarios covering all solution functionalities.
- Prepare necessary HR master data for relevant test scenarios.
- Document, analyze, and prioritize defects, confirming resolutions.
- Continuously improve the test database.
- Conduct testing of our cloud-based solution.
- Actively participate in Test Team meetings and plan the testing requirements.
- Participate in automated and manual regression testing, as well as performance testing and other test types practiced by the client.
- Continuously improve the test strategy.
- Participate in meetings to evaluate functional documents and plan the testing requirements/activities.

Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of testing experience.
- Experience in Cloud-based and/or Web-based Solution testing.
- Can work independently on a project as well as in a team. Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, resourceful, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Passion for having the job done with high quality and excelling in uncovering critical bugs/issues.
- Experience with Human Resources processes is necessary.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Testing Automation is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP HR (and/or SuccessFactors) as an End User is a key advantage.
- Experience with the following is a plus: Testing Tools JIRA and Zephyr, Testing Automation, API integration between SAP and SuccessFactors or other systems, SAP HR basic functional configuration, and Data Migration from legacy systems.
- Any previous experience as a developer and or end user of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors is welcomed.
