Job Description

This position is part of the client management team, and is responsible for handling payroll, billing, and benefits for specific client/s. The associate is responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of required reports and documents to comply with account KPIs and SLAs.

Minimum Requirements

• College degree in a business-related course
• At least 3 years’ work experience related to timekeeping, payroll processing, and/or benefits administration
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in handling payroll and/or billing in a manpower company
