Field Sales Supervisor (Medical Supplies)

Job Responsibilities

Ensure achievement of sales targets.
Promotes products in his/her designated territory.
Assists in the conduct of product demonstration and similar activities.
Establish a good relationship with the customers and key decision makers.
Conduct negotiations on the sale of medical products.
Supervise team in selling medical and laboratory products in accordance to company rules.
Ensure monthly collection performance.
Facilitates purchase by the hospital and collect payments.
Attend to other related tasks as may be delegated from time to time.
PREVIOUS MEDREP EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. (at least 5* years experience in similar company is REQUIRED, 2 years of supervisory. Otherwise, applicant must be willing to consider a lower position.)*

Job Type: Full-time (26 days a month ON COMPRESSED WORK WEEK)
Indicated Salary is GROSS for 26 days a month
12-month minimum employment contract is required.
