Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE: Hotel Company that has a convention center, a swimming pool, a gym, presidential suites, and eating and lodging options. It also runs a casino with gaming services.

Position: Online Slot Machine Engineer
Company Industry: Hotel Industry
Work Location: Pasay
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 55,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of Vocational and any associate degree
-At least have experience in slot technician or slot machine technical support
-Have experience in lot machines hardware, experience on jackpot controller.
-Knowledge about RS232, USB communication, have skill of electronic circuit soldering, can use windows laptop to do hardware and software test.
-Willing to work onsite on Pasay City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible in Handling online machine.
-Train slot technician to do online slot machine installation and daily support
-Help operation team communicate with local EGS team.
-Helping customers find games, correct minor malfunctions, and report machine glitches
-Capable of setting up technical Support
