About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to support our plant maintenance operations in the Novaliches or Caloocan area. This is a key role responsible for assisting in ensuring equipment reliability, overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance, and contributing to operational efficiency across the facility.

Qualifications
Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.

Preferably a licensed engineer or TESDA-certified with managerial training.

Experience:

Minimum 4–6 years of industrial maintenance experience.

At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, assisting in the management of maintenance operations.
Background in maintaining both legacy and modern machinery, including:

Hydraulic & mechanical presses

CNC press brakes

CNC laser cutters

Tube bending machines (CNC & NC)

Technical Competence
Deep knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Skilled in PLC troubleshooting, motors, drives, sensors, and electronic controls.

Hands-on experience in machine retrofitting and component-level repairs.

Proficient with digital diagnostic tools and interpreting error logs.

Strategic & Operational Skills
Designs and implements:

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPA)

Develops maintenance KPIs, asset management systems, and spare parts strategies.

Aligns maintenance operations with production goals and cost optimization.

Leadership & Management
Leads and motivates a multi-skilled maintenance team.

Conducts training, performance evaluation, and team development.

Presents data-driven reports, CAPEX proposals, and strategic plans to executives.

Active member of the Management Committee (MaNCom) for decision-making on plant operations.

Additional Competencies
Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.

High sense of urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.

Well-versed in safety standards, compliance, and risk management.

Location Advantage
Candidates residing in or near Novaliches or Caloocan are highly preferred. The plant operates in a well-established industrial zone with accessible transport routes.
