Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in assembly operations, preferably within the renewable energy or
manufacturing sector.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly processes.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Familiarity with quality assurance and safety standards in manufacturing.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred
Experience with renewable energy technologies, such as solar, wind, or hydroelectric
systems.
Knowledge of import/export processes for equipment and spare parts.
SALARY RANGE: 70,000 - 100,000
