Join Our Team as an HR Generalist!

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
-Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
-Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Willingness to work on-site

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruitment cycle
-Foster a positive workplace culture
-Organize workshops and seminars to enhance skills and productivity
-Assist in organizational development

Location: Tipolo, Mandaue City (Cebu)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (on-site)

Salary Range: ₱20,000 to ₱22,000 (negotiable)
