Job Description
Work location: Cebu
Work set up and schedule: Onsite (possibility of hybrid) and Shifting
Salary: 45K-70K
Qualifications :
• Must have 2 years of experience as a Training Manager in BPO industry
• Preferably has insurance experience
• Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• The job focuses on coaching and mentoring process trainers, Assistant Manager, Lead Assistant Managers, facilitating training classes as needed, administering Training Needs Analysis, and developing action plans to address knowledge gaps.
