Sr. Engineering & Maintenance Manager (Construction & Improvement

Location: Onsite | BGC
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our team! This role will focus on managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring all project deliverables meet the required standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Project coordination and communication with clients and subcontractors.
Review and quality control MEP design works by subcontractors.
Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and proposal preparation.
Keep track of RFIs, follow up on proposals, and communicate with engineers and clients.
Ensure timely completion of administration tasks, meeting deadlines, and quality assurance of work.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in MEP project engineering, management, or coordination.
In-depth knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
