Job Description

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and technical support.
-Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and innovation.
-Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet company goals.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control.
-Identify and resolve engineering challenges, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency.
-Evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices in engineering processes.
-Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-Recruit, train, and mentor engineering staff to enhance team capabilities.
-Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on engineering progress and challenges.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); a Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with engineering software, design tools, and industry-specific technology.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
