Job Description

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields

2. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

3. Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, training, benefits)

4. Communication and interpersonal skills

5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

6. Professional certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP)

7. Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range : 25-35K depends on qualifications
