OPEN FOR (ENTRY LEVEL/MID LEVEL OR SENIOR LEVEL)

Entry-Level Positions (0-3 years of experience)

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields

2. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

3. Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, training, benefits)

4. Communication and interpersonal skills

5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Mid-Level Positions (4-7 years of experience)
1. Master's degree in HR or related fields (optional)

2. Professional certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP)

3. Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)

Senior-Level Positions (8+ years of experience)
1. Master's degree in HR or related fields

2. Advanced professional certifications (GPHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP)

3. Strategic thinking and leadership skills

4. Expertise in organizational development, change management, and compliance

5. Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
