Job Description

Main purpose:
To provide support to the company in generating and developing education leads from a defined education market

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Effectively communicate key features and benefits to prospective customers virtually and in person that drive engagement with education solutions
Develop a keen understanding of student needs and values in order to provide personalized assistance throughout the process.
Build strong relationships with potential students.
Build strong relationships with education providers and keep up to date with courses and promotions
Achieve prescribed sales targets
Understand and keep up-to-date with ever-changing education market trends
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers
Gather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offerings
Register relevant information in the company CRM and perform other administrative ad hoc tasks
Assist our clients in study enrolments and visa applications
Strong Sales Acumen

REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree and QEAC Certified
Strong listening and discovery skills to gain a strategic understanding of customers’ needs and challenges.
Can-do' attitude: You are a go-getter who doesn’t take no for an answer and gets things done.
Experience selling educational products or services within the Australian education system.
Possess sound knowledge of the Australian education and migration industry!
Ability to apply energy and creativity to meeting sales goals.
Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication including creativity in problem solving and the ability to work well within a team environment.
You must have unlimited and unconditional Australian work rights to be considered.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
1-3yrs experience - 35k to 40k per month
4yrs above experience - 50k per month
