Job Description

Preparation and filing of DOP-related Purchase Requisition (PR) and Contract Change Request (CCR);
Execution of accruals and preparation/filing of Certificate of Work Completion (CWC) and corresponding Goods Receipt (GR)/ Service Entry (SE);
Material Code Creation request in the system;
Monitoring of Coupa/payments for related PRs/POs;
Initiation of PR or Purchase Order (PO) Closure/Deletion;
Provision of data encoding support, as needed, and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time;
Conduct root cause analysis on encountered incidents related to variances or delayed transactions; and
Recommend process improvements and more efficient workflow systems based on the learnings.

Job Qualifications:

Must be a College Graduate, preferably graduate of Engineering, Computer science, finance/accounting, or with equivalent work experience
With working knowledge in handling PR or Purchase Orders
