Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably with vendor or subcontractor management experience.
Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to communicate confidently and professionally. both verbally and in writing.
Willing to be assigned at Canon Business Machine Phil., FPIP I Tanauan Batangas.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintain strong organizational systems for managing service provider contracts, billing documentation, and departmental operations.
Manage service providers, including but not limited to security, drivers, pest control, and telecommunication providers as assigned.
Formulate and prepare departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
Check and process service providers' billings, ensuring accurate verification of submitted Daily Time Records (DTRs), government remittances, and other related documents.
