Job Description
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Manager
Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Production,
Must have knowledge on Manufacturing and Engineering principles,
Possess a passion for excellence and teamwork,
With good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan, Batangas.
JOB OVERVIEW
Oversea overall production activities from planning to execution, ensuring compliance to QCDSME.
Monitor KPIs and drive cross functional teams towards achievement of section goals.
Knowledgeable in streamlining and/or lean manufacturing.
Promotes 5s and Kaizen culture, minimize operation losses.
Creates section annual plan and budget, strategically plan future expansion and profit improvement.
