Job Description

Service Coordinator ( Gomeco Metal Corporation Solaire Project)
Monday to Friday (8:00 am-5:00 pm), Saturday (7:00 am-3:00 pm)
Service coordinators act as an advocate for their clients and provide information on how they can
access community services. In addition, they work as an intermediary between clients, often serving
in a support role for them during difficult times.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective services
■ Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
■ Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services
■ Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or
discontinued
■ Maintaining and tracking clients' service records
■ Staying current on new services we develop
■ Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
■ Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Service/Admin Coordinator
■ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
■ Must be knowledgeable in Technology and proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and
PowerPoint)
■ Strong work ethic and service skills
■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
■ Stay up to date with services, policies and regulations
■ Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
■ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
