Job Description:

A BIM Modeller looking to grow their BIM skills within an active collaborative BIM environment
A BIM Modeller looking to grow their BIM management skills to train.
Creates, models and edits MEPF families and elements of LOD100-500
Reads, Interprets and Creates Architectural and MEPF sheets. For example, Engineering drawings, Construction drawings, MEP riser diagrams, Schedules, etc.
Conducts clash detections and coordination between different disciplines
Work with international BIM standards and ISO19650 practices
Experience working on cloud platforms such as BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud


Job Qualifications:
Graduates of BS Architecture, BS Engineering, BS Mechanical / Electrical or related Architecture and Engineering degrees
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in BIM projects with proven skills of their work
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, MS Office. Sketchup, Rhino, and other Modelling and Engineering software are an advantage
Experience using Revit MEPF and Landscaping is an advantage
Strong communication skills. Proficient in verbal and written English in order to work with teammates in other countries
Design thinking skills and strong critical thinking with the ability to question decisions and keen attention to details to spot errors in the team's work
Ability to quickly adapt to different project types, team sizes, workflow, and standards
