Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative support, managing office activities, and fostering efficient communication within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the organization.
-Attends meetings and takes detailed notes.
-Assist managers and Managing Partners by coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports.
-Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
-Assist in the accounting aspect of the clinic
-Ensuring office supplies are maintained.
-Greeting, directing and assisting walk-in patients.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
-Ability to maintain professionalism at all times, including handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
-Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, and clients.
Salary:
₱19,500.00 Monthly
