Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares electrical design computations of houses and special projects.
Provides electrical plans and specifications for all housing and special projects.
Provide Engineering Plans (Electrical, Auxiliaries, Elevator) for Vertical Projects.
Initiates canvassing of materials.
Determines the scope of works for electrical works of housing, land development, special projects, and vertical projects.
Establishes the in-house electrical estimate of housing, land development special projects and vertical projects.
Conducts pre-bid conferences.
Evaluates all bid.
Conducts site visits on the projects.
Prior to construction, orient and assists the contractor and CPMD in the interpretation of the construction drawings and specifications.
Reviews/modifies/examines all electrical shop drawings submitted by contractors or construction group.
Provides and/or reviews change orders and addendums submitted by contractors or Construction Group.
Assists in facilitating the certification of new contractors for the purpose of accreditation.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is an advantage
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Design and cost estimation.
Knowledgeable in CAD and MS Office applications.
