Assistant Leasing and Operations Manager

-Responsible for site sourcing, selection, and acquisition of new locations for store expansion
-Prepare feasibility studies and market profiles of the identified sites.
-Coordinate with Mall Leasing for smooth transactions with lessor and lessee
-Maintain a relationship with mall management with current and future business transactions
-Negotiates lease rate/lease proposal
-Initial monthly promotion guidelines
-Ensure the outlet carry out planogram and reset changes
-Responsible for outlets' maintenance and faulty request
-Roadshow set up
-Others that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATION:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
-At least 5 years of work experience in the related field
-Knowledge in store construction is an advantage
-Good negotiation skills
-Keen eye on store design and display
-Preferably with own car but not required
