Job Description

Role Overview: The Business Development Manager’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business/net new customers. The BDM uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate 24/7 International’s products and services. As BDM, he/she will act as the first contact point for business executives across different industries. The BDM must have a strong background in solution selling, particularly in IT related services. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and strategic sales professional who excels in building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in the ERP, SAP, or related IT software industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, Communication or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certifications) are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in business development or sales, with a focus on ERP solutions, SAP, or similar enterprise software products. Experience in selling to mid-market and large enterprise clients is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the ERP landscape, specifically SAP solutions, and how they benefit various industries (manufacturing, retail, finance, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
Must be self-motivated and self-driven. A team player and competitive by nature with a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
