Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Present and promote IT solutions and services, including CRM systems, to existing and prospective clients using clear and compelling arguments.
• Conduct detailed cost-benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with customer requirements, ensuring optimal value.
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with clients to drive long-term success.
• Proactively reach out to potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective demonstrations of CRM systems and IT solutions tailored to client needs.
• Expedite the resolution of customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and maintain client loyalty.
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and key performance metrics.
• Develop sales reports, including territory analysis, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights on customer feedback to help improve products, solutions, and sales strategies.
• Continuously stay updated with IT market trends, CRM advancements, and promotional techniques to enhance performance.
Requirements and Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the IT industry or software solutions.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and experience selling CRM or IT solutions.
• Excellent understanding of BRM (Business Relationship Management) and the ability to develop productive business relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools; familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and performance.
• Highly motivated and target-driven, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional selling, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to customize solutions to meet client needs.
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
