Job Description

1. LIAISON OFFICER / PROCESSOR

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Data Collection and Reporting:
Record and report findings from the field to management.
Monitor field activities and ensure data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaison and Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the company and stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and contractors.
Provide regular updates and feedback to headquarters or senior management.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Monitor the progress of field projects and ensure targets are being met.
Identify challenges and suggest improvements to optimize project delivery.
Conduct assessments and evaluations as required.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with other field officers, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide training and support to field staff when necessary.
Logistics and Resource Management:
Oversee the distribution and proper use of resources in the field.
Ensure that equipment and materials are available and well-maintained.
Key Competencies:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: At least 2nd year College.
At least 1-2 years of fieldwork or field-based project implementation experience.

2. OCEAN EXPORT DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Receive, review, and process export documentation for accounts.
Must have a better than average understanding of the Export Regulations or other government agency regulations that govern exports.
Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, customers and agents in a timely manner.
Communicate with overseas agents to ensure proper pre-alerts and documentation.
Continue to explore different options to reduce cost and increase revenues.
Track and trace shipment and provide updates to clients and sales.
Uphold a strong and professional relationship with ocean intermediaries, transportation agencies and sales.
Demonstrate an emphasis on customer satisfaction per company policy.
Maintain shipment files and ensure billing is completed within a timely fashion.
Assist as backup for alternate accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work on site Monday to Saturday
Qualifications

Graduate of any 4 years course
NO MONETARY CASE from previous Company
Minimum 2 years’ experience with freight forwarder or export transactions
Knowledge on incoterms
Experience handling sea freight is a plus


3. BOOKKEEPER

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· A bookkeeper's job description includes:

Financial transactions: Handling daily financial transactions, such as receiving money from clients and paying vendors
Financial reporting: Producing financial statements and reports to help managers make decisions
Records management: Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with finance legislation
Budgeting and forecasting: Assisting with creating budgets, financial forecasts, and quarterly reports
Tax compliance: Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for tax forms
Invoicing and receipts: Generating invoices and receipts
Business activity statements: Preparing and lodging business activity statements (BAS)
QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BS Accountancy

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as Bookkeeper

· WITH TESDA Certificate is a Plus



4. SALES PERSONNEL

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
