**Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Manage the implementation process for the platforms.
4. **Training & Support:**
- Provide training to users and address any challenges to optimize platform use.
5. **Operational Efficiency:**
- Ensure the platform enhances efficiency and effectiveness in provider operations.
