Job Description

• Acquisition - Find and evaluate potential properties, negotiate contracts, and conduct due diligence
• Development - Oversee the planning and design of properties, and ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Maintenance - Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance and repairs
• Budgeting - Negotiate contracts for the sale or lease of properties, and resolve lease issues Formulate and implement strategies for the acquisition of new clients and retention of existing ones; build strategic partnerships to increase profitability of the business
• Reporting - Report on the financial performance of real estate activities, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stakeholder relations - Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal departments
• Strategy - Develop and implement strategies for real estate acquisition, development, and maintenance and tactics to enhance market penetration.
• Team Management – Train, mentor, and motivate the team to maintain high productivity and professional development.
• Research - Stay informed on the latest market trends, property values, and zoning regulations in the Philippines. Conduct research to identify new opportunities
