JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree holder.
*At least 3 years of working experience in handling Licensing and Compliance issues
*Has experience collaborating in US licenses and offshore regulated entities is an advantage
*Amenable to work in a shifting working schedule
*Amenable to work on site as requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Managing Third-Party Administrator licenses and collaborating with partners in service delivery and global compliance related to insurance licenses.
*Oversight and upkeep of license applications, renewals, and central database management.
*Examine any legal modifications and how they affect licensing applications and renewals.
*Using current platforms to internally report license maintenance.
*Collaborating with outside legal counsel to guarantee that all required licenses are acquired, that timely filings are made, and that legal developments are tracked.
*Verifying compliance with all regulatory standards by working closely with the Compliance team and Legal.
*Submit pertinent internal and external reports.
*Organize stakeholder meetings, control risk, support audits, and keep an eye on complaints as mandated by regional legal frameworks.
